MEDIA RELEASE: New poll: older Americans say better coordination needed for better health care

NC Health Access coalition teams up to launch new campaign to ensure health care reform saves money, improves quality

RALEIGH (April 8, 2010) -- A newly released national survey indicates that many older Americans get confusing and contradictory information from their medical providers. These findings illustrate the importance of building a well-coordinated system as heath reform is implemented.

That is why the North Carolina Justice Center's Health Access Coalition is teaming up with state and national partners to help launch a new consumer campaign - the Campaign for Better Care - to ensure that health reform saves money and improves quality.
