Josh Laurore

Joshua Laurore joined the North Carolina Justice Center in May 2021. Prior to starting at the Justice Center Josh served as the Human Resources Manager at Amcor Rigid Packaging where he directed a multi-site operation. In this role, he led cross-functional teams to improve both the organization and surrounding community through outreach, sponsorships, and company events.

Josh also serves as an adjunct professor with Roberts Wesleyan College where he aids students in their academic journey, applying relevant work experience to the classroom setting. His passion resides in community engagement, training, and developing inclusive practices. Josh obtained his Master’s in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and the University of Hertfordshire, respectively. Additionally, he has acquired his Project Management Professional (PMP) and Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR) certifications.
