Research & Publications
The Justice Center is North Carolina’s leading public policy think tank. We produce scores of newsletters, reports, fact sheets, and opinion pieces on a host of important policy issues related to opportunity and economic security in North Carolina. Most can be accessed on this site, and many are available via e-mail subscription.
In addition to our project-specific publications, the Justice Center puts out a weekly e-newsletter to keep you informed about policy developments, action alerts, community engagement opportunities, and economic data. It’s free to subscribe!
We also put out Policy & Progress, a quarterly newspaper-style publication that tells the stories of people and communities throughout the state and looks at how state policies affect their ability to thrive in today’s North Carolina. We insert Policy & Progress into the Raleigh News & Observer, and it goes to 50,000 N&O subscribers. However, send us an email and we’ll mail each issue to you.
