The challenges for our state continue, but our mountain communities are more resilient than ever. Every day we are finding new ways to remain hopeful and inspire others to be the seeds of progress. Now more than ever the NC Justice Center remains committed to our mission of reducing poverty and building an economy where all families and communities can thrive.

Many of the lessons from the mountains of North Carolina can inform our way forward and ensure we are successful in this fight.
