Justice Circle HB 318 was passed by the General Assembly but is not yet the law in North Carolina. There is much we still don’t know about the way the bill will affect communities. It is not clear yet at all which government officials would be required to comply with this law. We will share information with the community as we understand more about how the bill, if it becomes law, will affect people’s daily lives.
